How do I order a product from the shop?

1. Enter the brand, type of navigation system or region you want in the ‘View maps’ window to the left of your screen. You can also enter a search term in ‘Find maps’ to search the product catalogue.
When you find the right product you can order by clicking the screen button ‘in basket’. This will take you to the page displaying the contents of your basket. There you can decide to either keep shopping or finalise your order. If you have a discount code, you can also enter it on this page.

2. To finalise your order choose a delivery method (standard or express) and click on ‘Next’. If you have an account you will be asked to log in. You don’t have an account? Then you can create one right then or you can decide to continue your order without an account. With downloads you need an account to access the download products you have bought.

3. In the next step you have to enter the right address information. Clicking on ‘Next’ will take you to the overview page. Here you can check the order and make adjustments if necessary. If you accept the terms of delivery, click on ‘Next’ to go to the methods of payment.

4. When you have chosen your payment method you will be directed to our secure payment page to finalise your order.

5. Following acceptance of payment you are automatically directed to the confirmation page. Simultaneously a confirmation mail is sent to the e-mail address you have provided. The order has now been placed and will be shipped within the delivery period of the delivery method you have chosen.
